No Smoking inside. You may smoke on the patio, an ash tray is provided. Maximum Occupancy is 6. This is an HOA and legal issue, if you violate this rule, expect to be evicted immediately with no refund. Regarding trash, if you have more than fits outside in the trash bin with the lid secure, excess trash is to be left inside. Regarding dishes, please wash and put away dishes you use. (Feel free to bring disposable serveware if you prefer)
